*Job Summary*
We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Finance Executive to manage day-to-day finance-related data, CRM entries, collection follow-ups, and reconciliation activities. The ideal candidate should have a Commerce background, good knowledge of basic accounting, strong follow-up skills, and proficiency in Excel and CRM systems.
*Key Responsibilities*
- Maintain accurate and timely finance and customer data in the CRM.
- Perform regular data entry and updating of invoices, payments, collections, and customer information.
- Follow up with customers/clients for pending payments and outstanding collections.
- Maintain and monitor accounts receivable and outstanding payment reports.
- Coordinate with the Sales/Operations teams regarding pending payments and collection status.
- Match and reconcile invoices, receipts, payments, bank entries, and CRM records.
- Identify discrepancies in payment records and coordinate with the concerned teams for resolution.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly collection and outstanding reports.
- Ensure all financial transactions and supporting documents are properly recorded and maintained.
- Assist the Accounts/Finance team with routine accounting and reconciliation activities.
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of financial and customer information.
- Follow up regularly until outstanding payments are received and properly updated in the system.
