Job Overview

We are looking for a professional, confident, and well-presented Front Desk Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our organization. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, and a professional approach toward visitors, clients, and employees.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and professionally assist visitors, clients, and candidates.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and general inquiries.
- Direct calls and visitors to the appropriate departments or team members.
- Manage front-desk operations and maintain a professional reception area.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and visitor schedules.
- Maintain visitor records and other basic administrative documentation.
- Handle incoming and outgoing courier/mail.
- Provide administrative support to the HR and office administration teams.




- Ensure smooth day-to-day front-office operations.

Candidate Requirements

- Freshers are welcome to apply; relevant experience will be an advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
- Confident, polite, and professional personality.
- Good interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and computer operations.
- Well-groomed and presentable.
- Ability to multitask and handle responsibilities efficiently.
- Candidates from Mohali, Chandigarh, Panchkula, or nearby areas are preferred.
