Job Summary

We are looking for a target-driven and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team, convert potential clients into projects, and drive revenue growth in the construction and interior design industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and close high-value sales enquiries for construction, architecture, interiors, and renovation projects.
- Conduct client meetings, site visits, and negotiations to convert leads into confirmed projects.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals.
- Prepare quotations and negotiate pricing and payment terms with clients.
- Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets.
- Monitor leads, follow-ups, conversions, and team performance.
- Develop effective sales strategies to improve business growth.
- Coordinate with design, estimation,



and project teams for smooth client handovers.
- Prepare regular sales performance reports for management.

Requirements

- Experience in sales, preferably in construction, interiors, architecture, or related industries.
- Proven ability to close deals and achieve sales targets.
- Solid leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage a team and drive performance.
- Customer-focused, proactive, and target-oriented approach.
