Job Summary

We are hiring Tele Counsellors – Domestic for an outbound calling and student counselling support role in Bengaluru.

The selected candidate will contact prospective students, understand their career interests, provide information about available courses and career counselling sessions, and follow up with interested candidates.

The role involves regular outbound calls, lead follow-ups, candidate interaction and working towards assigned lead-generation and conversion goals.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective students from assigned leads.
- Understand candidates' career interests and requirements.
- Provide clear and accurate information about courses and career counselling sessions.
- Encourage interested candidates to attend career counselling sessions at the institute.
- Follow up with interested candidates at appropriate intervals.
- Respond to basic candidate queries professionally.
- Maintain accurate lead, call and follow-up records.
- Update lead status and coordinate with the relevant team when required.
- Work towards assigned calling, follow-up and lead-conversion targets.
- Maintain professional telephone communication with prospective students.

Requirements

- Minimum 6 months of relevant outbound telecalling experience.
- 12th Pass with result in hand or Graduate.
- Good verbal communication and listening skills.
- English and Kannada communication skills required.
- Tamil communication skills will be an advantage for handling relevant candidates.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Comfortable with outbound calling and regular follow-ups.




- Comfortable working with assigned performance and lead-conversion targets.
- Professional telephone etiquette and candidate-handling skills.

Work Requirements

- On-site position in Koramangala, Bengaluru.
- Working hours are 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Monday to Saturday.
- Sunday is the weekly off.
- Candidates should be comfortable with regular outbound calling and follow-up activities.
- Immediate joining is preferred.

Compensation

₹18,000 – ₹22,000 in-hand per month, depending on relevant experience and current compensation.
