roles & responsibilities

Develop and expand the Business Correspondent network to increase

LAP market penetration.

 Strengthen relationships with local influencers, property consultants,

and SME clusters.

 Ensure portfolio quality through prudent sourcing and basic credit

assessment at sourcing stage.

Tactical

 Execute daily sourcing activities including lead generation, field visits,

and partner engagement.

 Drive productivity of BC partners through regular follow-ups, training,

and engagement.

 Maintain a strong sales pipeline and ensure timely conversion of

leads into disbursements.

 Coordinate with internal teams to ensure TAT adherence and

customer satisfaction.

Supervisory

 Manage and guide a network of Business Correspondents / DSAs for

target achievement.

 Monitor partner productivity and ensure quality sourcing and

compliance adherence.

 Conduct regular training sessions for BC partners on product,



policy,

and process updates.

Person Profile

Educational

Qualification

 Minimum Qualification: Graduate (Any Discipline)

 Preferred Qualification: MBA in Sales, Marketing, or Finance

Experience

 Required: 2-5 years of experience in sales within the BFSI sector

(preferably in LAP, Mortgage Loans, or Secured Lending).

 Preferred: Experience in Business Correspondent / DSA channel

Solid understanding of LAP products, secured lending, and basic

property evaluation

 Excellent relationship management and negotiation skills

 Ability to work in a field-intensive role with high ownership

 Knowledge of regulatory compliance, KYC, and documentation

 Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
