We’re Hiring: Marketing & Growth Lead — SyncTrip

Location: Chandigarh
Employment: Full-time, On-site
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000/month
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM, 5 days/week
Weekend: Event-based involvement when required

About SyncTrip

SyncTrip is a social travel and activity platform that helps people discover and join experiences with others — from trips and outings to games, sports, events and communities.

We are looking for a hands-on Marketing & Growth Lead to take ownership of SyncTrip’s marketing, content and event growth.

Key Responsibilities

Content & Social Media

- Develop and execute content strategy across social platforms
- Plan and coordinate Reels, posts, stories and campaigns
- Identify trends and create relevant content
- Coordinate with photographers, videographers and content creators

Event Marketing

- Own marketing for SyncTrip events from planning to execution
- Develop campaigns to drive registrations
- Manage online and offline promotion
- Track campaign and registration performance

Performance Marketing

- Manage Meta Ads campaigns
- Test audiences, creatives and messaging
- Monitor and optimise campaign performance
- Drive efficient user and event acquisition

Team & Creator Management

- Manage marketing interns and assign weekly goals
- Build and manage a network of content creators
- Coordinate influencer and creator collaborations

Sponsorships & Partnerships

- Identify and approach potential sponsors




- Develop partnerships for major SyncTrip events
- Manage outreach, follow-ups and collaborations

Community & Campus Growth

- Work with college communities, ambassadors and local communities
- Build partnerships with relevant businesses and organisations
- Explore current channels for user and community growth

What We’re Looking For

- Strong understanding of social media and content marketing
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Understanding of Meta Ads and performance marketing
- Comfortable approaching creators, brands and communities
- Strong ownership and execution mindset
- Creative, proactive and willing to experiment
- Ability to work independently in a fast-moving startup environment

Bonus: Experience in events, influencer marketing, sponsorships, community building, Canva, video editing or performance marketing.
