Role Summary

The Marketing Project Manager coordinates the day-to-day workflow of the Global Marketing COE creative project team. The role is the communication bridge between the onshore global marketing team and COE resources: receiving briefed work, scheduling it across the team, tracking progress, and keeping both sides informed. The role ensures work moves smoothly, deadlines are visible, and output reaches onshore review on time. The role supports the Design Manager, who leads the creative team and owns prioritisation and quality; the Marketing Project Manager ensures the Design Manager’s plan runs smoothly and both sides stay informed.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

Coordination:

- Receive briefed work from the onshore global marketing team and log it into the project management system.
- Schedule tasks across the creative team (design, motion/3D, web, analytics) in line with the Design Manager’s assignments and priorities.
- Track progress of all live projects, keeping timelines, statuses and workloads up to date as the single source of truth.

- Coordinate handoffs between team members where projects span multiple skills.

Communication:

- Run the daily rhythm with the onshore team across time zones, so overnight progress is visible each UK morning.
- Keep onshore stakeholders informed on status, timelines and any changes, proactively and without being chased.
- Route completed work to onshore creative review and track revisions through to sign-off.
- Flag delays, blockers and resource clashes to the Design Manager and onshore team early.
- Support the Design Manager with capacity visibility, timeline tracking and status reporting for planning decisions.
- Represent the India team's capacity in onshore planning conversations, advising the Design Manager and global marketing team on what the schedule can absorb.
- Hold onshore stakeholders to agreed brief standards, review turnaround and approval dates.

Reporting:

- Maintain straightforward, regular reporting on delivery: what shipped, what is in progress, and what is at risk.
- Keep project documentation, templates and shared files organised and current.

Skills and Competencies

- Strong coordination and organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, comfortable working daily with UK and US stakeholders across time zones.
- Proficiency with project management tooling (Trello or similar) and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to track many concurrent projects and keep information current, accurate and visible.
- Understanding of creative production workflows (design, video, web) preferred.
- Ability to work independently and exercise judgement on sequencing and trade offs,

escalating with a recommendation rather than a question.

Education and Experience

- 4-5 years of experience in a project coordination, traffic or studio operations role.
- Experience in a creative agency, studio or shared-services environment preferred.
- Experience supporting distributed or onshore/offshore teams preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field preferred but not required.
