We are looking for Telecallers to join our team for HDB Financial Services-related sales and customer calling activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to customers and explain financial products and services.
- Generate leads and convert potential customers into business.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable financial products.
- Follow up with interested customers and maintain proper call records.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and sales targets.
- Handle customer queries professionally and provide the required information.
- Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion and documentation.
- Maintain good customer relationships and ensure timely follow-ups.
Requirements
- Good communication skills in Tamil and English.
- Basic knowledge of financial products is an advantage.
- Confident and persuasive communication skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
- Candidates with telecalling, banking, NBFC, or sales experience will be preferred.
