Job Responsibilities
- Review and moderate German-language content, including posts, comments, images, videos, and user profiles.
- Ensure content complies with company policies, community guidelines, and safety standards.
- Identify and take appropriate action on inappropriate, abusive, harmful, or policy-violating content.
- Escalate complex or sensitive cases to the appropriate team.
- Maintain high standards of accuracy, quality, and productivity.
- Stay updated on content moderation policies and process changes.
- Handle sensitive content professionally and maintain confidentiality.
Requirements
- German language proficiency:
B2/C1 or above.
- Valuable written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong attention to detail and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work with repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy.
- Comfortable reviewing potentially sensitive or disturbing content.
- Willingness to work in rotational/night shifts.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply, depending on the process requirements.
