Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage and maintain customer relationships and customer databases.

* Handle customer enquiries through calls, emails, and other communication channels.

* Follow up with customers regarding enquiries, quotations, orders, deliveries, and payments.

* Coordinate with the Sales, Production, Purchase, Dispatch, and Accounts teams to ensure smooth order execution.

* Prepare and maintain CRM reports, customer records, enquiry status, and follow-up reports.

* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, enquiries, quotations, and orders in CRM/ERP systems.

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
