About the Role

Petals Pre School & Daycare is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Tele Sales Executive / Admission Counsellor to join our admissions team.

The candidate will be responsible for engaging with prospective parents, understanding their requirements, providing effective counselling on our preschool and daycare programs, managing follow-ups, coordinating centre visits, and converting qualified leads into confirmed admissions.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective parents and respond to admission enquiries promptly.
- Understand parent requirements and recommend suitable preschool and daycare programs.
- Provide clear and accurate information regarding programs, curriculum, facilities, fees, timings, and the admission process.
- Counsel parents professionally, address queries and objections, and build strong relationships.
- Schedule and coordinate centre visits and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Manage leads effectively and maintain accurate records in the CRM.
- Follow up consistently with prospective parents to drive conversions.
- Achieve individual and centre-level admission and conversion targets.
- Coordinate with the Centre Head and internal teams to ensure a smooth admission experience.




- Maintain a high standard of professionalism and customer service throughout the parent journey.

Candidate Profile

- Graduate in any discipline preferred.
- 1–4 years of experience in tele-sales, inside sales, admissions counselling, education sales, or customer relationship management.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Solid interpersonal, counselling, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Customer-focused with a professional and empathetic approach.
- Strong follow-up and relationship-management abilities.
- Comfortable working with targets and performance metrics.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and communication platforms.
- Experience in the preschool, daycare, school, or education sector will be an added advantage.
