About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Travel Sales Executive with strong experience in selling tour packages and converting travel enquiries into confirmed bookings.

The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of domestic and international destinations, excellent communication skills, and the ability to understand customer requirements and recommend suitable travel packages.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound travel enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other channels.
- Understand customer requirements, budget, travel dates, preferences, and expectations.
- Sell and customize domestic and international tour packages according to customer requirements.
- Prepare and share attractive itineraries, quotations, and package details.
- Follow up with leads regularly and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Negotiate with customers and close sales while maintaining company margins.




- Coordinate with the Reservations and Operations teams to ensure smooth booking and trip execution.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, quotations, and conversions.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Build robust customer relationships and encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Upsell additional services such as hotel upgrades, transfers, activities, meals, sightseeing, and other travel experiences.
- Stay updated on destinations, hotels, travel trends, and package offerings.

Preferred Destination Knowledge

Candidates with experience selling packages for destinations such as:

Andaman | Maldives | Bali | Thailand | Goa | Kerala | North East India | Dubai | Singapore | Europe | Other Domestic & International Destinations

Requirements

- 1–4 years of experience in Travel Sales / Holiday Sales

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
