Position: Production Line Operator

Location : Perungudi, Chennai.

Talon Tack Private Limited is looking for a responsible and hardworking Production Line Operator to join our manufacturing team. The candidate will be responsible for operating production equipment, monitoring the production process, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring smooth and safe production operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate production line machinery and equipment as per standard procedures.
- Monitor production processes and ensure products meet quality requirements.
- Perform basic machine adjustments and report equipment issues to supervisors.
- Follow production schedules and achieve daily production targets.
- Inspect products for defects and maintain quality standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the production area.
- Follow company policies, SOPs, and workplace safety procedures.
- Record production data and report any abnormalities or breakdowns.
- Work effectively with team members and supervisors.
Requirements
- Minimum qualification: Diploma Mech or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred.
- Ability to operate machinery and follow work instructions.
- Good attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Physically fit and able to work in a production environment.
- Willingness to work in shifts, if required.
- Freshers may also be considered based on skills and attitude.

Pay: ₹8,600.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
