Experience- Min.1 years for Trainee Product executive & Min. 3 years for Product executive in a Veterinary Pharmaceuticals Company with the same job role & responsibilities.

Position Designation- Product Executive
Roles & Responsibilities:
1. To execute the Marketing Promotional Strategies & ensure implementation of the same sales team with the objective of product-wise sales targets achievement as per the business plan.
2. To coordinate the preparation of all Promotional material through the team & ensure its effective utilization by the field team.

To demonstrate marketing campaigns/ Field Activities to influence relevant customers as per product behavior and market potential.
4. To coordinate customer gatherings in the field, Kisan mela, and Scientific exhibitions participation.
5. Gathering competitors' information on a regular basis for creating our own company strategies, product USPs, and product positioning
6. To coordinate classroom & in-field training for the sales team to enhance their technical and product knowledge
7. Sending regular product-wise analysis to the field team & ensuring incentive scheme success by making maximum incentive-earning VSRs.
8. Field work for supporting the sales team and conducting technical interactions with different customers and mass awareness activities for 12-15 days.
