Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month, depending on skills and experience

Job Responsibilities

- Generate new business opportunities and identify potential customers.
- Contact customers through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable transportation and logistics solutions.
- Follow up with new and existing customers regularly.
- Prepare and share quotations and rates with customers.
- Coordinate with the Operations and CS teams for smooth service execution.
- Maintain customer records, follow-up details, and sales reports.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.




- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.

Requirements

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Good follow-up and negotiation skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to coordinate with customers and internal teams.
- Fresher candidates with good communication skills are welcome.
- Experience in logistics/transportation sales will be an advantage.
