Job Summary:

We are seeking a responsible, disciplined, and compassionate Hostel Warden to oversee the day-to-day administration, safety, and welfare of students residing in the medical college hostel. The ideal candidate will ensure a secure, hygienic, and well-disciplined living environment while coordinating with students, parents, college authorities, and support staff.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Supervise the daily operations and administration of the hostel.
- Ensure discipline, safety, security, and overall well-being of hostel residents.
- Maintain hostel attendance, occupancy, leave, and visitor registers.
- Conduct routine inspections of hostel rooms, common areas, and facilities.
- Coordinate timely repair and maintenance of hostel infrastructure.
- Ensure compliance with hostel rules, institutional policies,



and safety regulations.
- Coordinate with security personnel to maintain a protected campus environment.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on hostel operations.
- Coordinate with parents/guardians regarding student welfare when required.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, institutional policies, and applicable statutory requirements.

Qualification: Any UG Degree

Experience: 1-3 yrs Preferred experience in college hostel.
