Senior Architect

Experience: 3-5 Years
Location: Greater Kailash Enclave 1, South Delhi
Work Mode: Work From Office

Responsibilities

- Lead and manage architectural projects from concept to execution.
- Develop architectural plans, elevations, sections, working drawings, and detailed drawings.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, vendors, and site teams.
- Conduct regular site visits and monitor project progress and quality.
- Review drawings and ensure accuracy, design intent, and timely delivery.
- Handle design development, material selection, and project coordination.
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and team responsibilities.
- Guide and supervise junior architects and designers.
- Resolve design and execution-related issues at site.
- Ensure projects are completed according to design, quality, and client requirements.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Architecture, Interior Design & Construction.




- Excellent working knowledge of AutoCAD.
- Knowledge of SketchUp, Photoshop, 3D visualization or other design software is preferred.
- Strong understanding of architectural detailing and construction drawings.
- Positive communication, coordination, and team-handling skills.
- Creative thinking with strong design and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to independently handle multiple projects.

Qualification

Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Architecture (B.Arch / M.Arch)

Preferred: Candidates with strong site execution, client coordination, and team-management experience.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
