WALK-IN INTERVIEW – DEBT RECOVERY AGENT

We are hiring Debt Recovery Agents for our Collections team.

Key Requirements:

- 1–5 years of experience in Collections, Debt Recovery, or Accounts Receivable
- Hands-on experience handling DPD buckets: 1–30, 31–60, 61–90 & 90+ DPD
- Experience in tele-calling, collection calls, and customer follow-ups for overdue payments
- Proven track record of achieving collection targets
- Solid communication, negotiation & customer-handling skills
- DRA (Debt Recovery Agent) Certification is mandatory
