About the RoleWe are looking for a creative, energetic, and highly motivated Social Media & Marketing Intern to join our team for a 3-month hybrid internship. In this role, you will help plan, execute, and monitor our marketing campaigns across social media channels while gaining hands-on experience in content creation, brand building, and audience engagement.
Key Responsibilities

- Content Creation: Plan, draft, and design engaging posts, reels/shorts, images, and captions tailored for Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other relevant platforms.
- Content Calendar: Maintain and execute a consistent monthly social media content calendar.
- Community Management: Engage with our audience, respond to comments and direct messages, and help build online relationships.
- Performance Tracking: Assist in tracking weekly/monthly analytics to evaluate post performance, reach, and engagement metrics.
- Market Research: Research industry trends, competitor activities, and viral topics to propose fresh content ideas.
- Marketing Campaigns: Support the team in running email marketing, promotional events, or digital ad campaigns as needed.





Qualifications & Requirements

- Currently pursuing or recent graduate in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Business, or a related field.
- Familiarity with major social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube).
- Basic knowledge of visual design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop, or Figma) and basic video editing tools (e.g., CapCut, Premiere Pro).
- Solid written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Robust attention to detail, creativity, and a willingness to learn.
- Ability to work independently in a hybrid setup and attend scheduled in-person team meetings.
