Job Description: Premium Watch Technician

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Premium Watch Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in diagnosing, repairing, servicing, and maintaining premium watch brands while ensuring the highest standards of workmanship, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, automatic, quartz, and chronograph watches.
- Perform complete watch servicing, including movement overhaul, cleaning, lubrication, adjustment, and calibration.
- Replace watch components such as crowns, stems, crystals, gaskets, hands, dials, and straps as required.
- Conduct battery replacements, water resistance testing, and pressure testing.
- Maintain quality standards and ensure all repairs are completed according to manufacturer guidelines.
- Inspect watches before and after repair to ensure accuracy and functionality.
- Maintain service records and repair documentation.
- Coordinate with service managers and customer relationship teams regarding repair status and service timelines.
- Handle premium and luxury watches with utmost care and confidentiality.
- Manage workshop tools, equipment, and spare parts inventory.
- Ensure workplace cleanliness and adherence to safety standards.

Required Qualifications





- Higher Secondary (12th Pass) / Diploma / ITI or equivalent technical qualification.
- Specialized training in watch repair and servicing will be preferred.
- Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience in premium or luxury watch servicing.

Required Skills

- Solid knowledge of mechanical, automatic, quartz, and chronograph movements.
- Experience working with premium and luxury watch brands.
- Expertise in watch assembly, disassembly, and movement servicing.
- Ability to use precision tools and testing equipment.
- Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills.
- High attention to detail and quality standards.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Experience in authorized service centers or premium watch retail organizations.
- Familiarity with Swiss watch movements and luxury watch service procedures.
- Customer-focused approach with a commitment to service excellence.
- Ability to work independently and meet service turnaround timelines.
