ABOUT THE ROLE

A-Marc Media & Entertainment is looking for a creative and technically skilled AI Content Generation Specialist who can transform client briefs, scripts and creative concepts into high-quality AI-generated images and videos.

The ideal candidate should be hands-on with the latest generative AI tools and workflows and should have a strong understanding of prompting, visual storytelling, composition, character consistency, image-to-video generation and basic post-production/editing.

This is not just a prompting role. We are looking for someone who can take a creative brief and work towards a finished, client-ready visual output.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIESAI Image & Video Generation

- Generate high-quality AI images and videos based on client briefs, scripts, storyboards and creative references.
- Work across different content formats including:
- Digital advertisements
- AI ad films
- Social media reels
- Product videos
- Fashion & lifestyle content
- Character-based content
- Cinematic sequences
- Storyboards and pre-visualisation
- Product and environment visualisation
- Create multiple visual options and iterations until the required creative output is achieved.
- Convert still AI images into dynamic video sequences using image-to-video workflows.
- Maintain character, product, costume, environment and visual consistency across multiple shots.
- Generate visuals in different aspect ratios such as 16:9, 9:16, 1:1 and 4:5 depending on platform requirements.

AI TOOLS & WORKFLOWS

Candidate should be comfortable experimenting with and quickly learning emerging generative AI platforms and tools such as:

Seedance, Kling AI, Runway, Veo, Midjourney, Flux, Nano Banana, ChatGPT image generation, Adobe Firefly and other current or upcoming AI image/video generation platforms.





Knowledge of workflows involving text-to-image, image-to-image, text-to-video, image-to-video, reference-based generation, character consistency, lip-sync, upscaling and AI-assisted editing will be preferred.

The candidate is not expected to know every tool available, but should be someone who actively explores new AI tools and can quickly adapt to better technologies and workflows.

PROMPTING & CREATIVE UNDERSTANDING

- Write and refine detailed prompts for image and video generation.
- Understand camera angles, lenses, lighting, composition, movement, environments and cinematic terminologywhile creating prompts.
- Translate a written brief or script into individual visual shots.
- Understand references provided by clients and recreate the required mood, aesthetic and visual language.
- Troubleshoot AI generation problems such as inconsistent faces, incorrect products, distorted objects, unwanted movements or continuity issues.
- Work closely with creative directors, designers, social media teams and client servicing teams to achieve the desired output.

BASIC EDITING & POST-PRODUCTION

Candidate should have basic to intermediate knowledge of editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut or similar tools.

Should be comfortable with:

- Cutting and assembling AI-generated video shots
- Basic transitions
- Speed adjustments
- Music and sound placement
- Basic colour correction
- Text and supers
- Simple masking/compositing
- Cleaning or correcting AI-generated footage
- Exporting videos in required formats and resolutions





Advanced editing knowledge is an advantage but not mandatory.

SKILLS WE ARE LOOKING FOR

- Strong hands-on experience with Generative AI image and video tools
- Excellent visual imagination and creative thinking
- Strong prompting skills
- Good understanding of cinematography and visual storytelling
- Ability to maintain continuity across AI-generated shots
- Understanding of advertising and social media content
- Basic video editing and post-production skills
- Ability to understand and execute a client brief
- Ability to work on multiple projects and deliver within timelines
- Strong attention to detail
- Comfortable with experimentation, iterations and feedback
- Keen interest in continuously learning new AI platforms and technologies

EXPERIENCE

Preferred: 1–3 years of experience in AI content generation, graphic design, video production, motion graphics, editing, advertising or a related creative field.

However, portfolio and practical AI-generation skills will be given more importance than years of experience.

Freshers with an exceptional AI image/video portfolio may also apply.

PORTFOLIO REQUIREMENT

Applicants should share a portfolio containing examples of:

- AI-generated images
- AI-generated videos
- Image-to-video work
- Character-consistent sequences
- Product or advertising content
- Before/after or prompt-to-final-output examples, if available
- Edited AI videos/reels

You should enjoy experimenting with new tools, solving generation challenges and pushing AI outputs beyond basic prompts to create polished, cinematic and commercially usable content.

Most importantly, we are looking for a creator , not just a prompt writer.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
