Build a predictable marketing engine that generates trust, authority, and qualified business opportunities.

What You'll Own: Brand Strategy

- Strengthen the organization's positioning in the market.
- Build a premium consulting brand.
- Ensure consistency across every customer touchpoint.
- Develop messaging that resonates with business owners.

Demand Generation

- Build campaigns that generate high-quality B2B leads.
- Create and optimize marketing funnels.
- Improve lead quality rather than simply increasing lead volume.
- Drive webinar, event, and consulting inquiry pipelines.

Founder & Thought Leadership

- Build the personal brands of the leadership team.
- Create impactful LinkedIn content.
- Develop case studies, business insights, articles, and industry reports.
- Position the organization as a trusted authority in business transformation.

Digital Marketing

Manage and coordinate:

- Performance Marketing
- Meta Ads
- LinkedIn Campaigns
- Google Ads
- SEO
- Website Optimization
- Landing Pages
- Email Marketing
- Marketing Automation
- CRM Campaigns

You don't need to execute everything yourself, but you should know how to evaluate quality, guide specialists, and hold agencies accountable.

Agency & Vendor Management

Manage relationships with:

- Performance Marketing Agencies
- SEO Agencies
- PR Agencies
- Website Partners
- Designers
- Freelancers
- Video Production Teams

You should be comfortable reviewing work, setting expectations, measuring performance, and ensuring every partner contributes to business outcomes.

Marketing Operations

Own the complete marketing operating rhythm:

- Budget Management
- CRM Automation
- Marketing Dashboards
- KPI Tracking
- Weekly Performance Reviews

Sales Enablement

Work closely with the consulting and sales teams to develop:

- Sales Presentations
- Case Studies

- Marketing Collateral
- Lead Nurturing Journeys

Marketing and Sales should operate as one team.

Who We're Looking For

You have 5–8 years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally in consulting, professional services, SaaS, technology, or another knowledge-driven business.

You understand that premium consulting is built on trust, not discounts.

You enjoy creating systems rather than just executing tasks.

You are equally comfortable discussing brand positioning, campaign performance, customer journeys, CRM automation, and analytics.

You know how to work with agencies and raise the standard of their output.

You are curious, commercially minded, and obsessed with measuring impact.

- Creates a repeatable growth engine that supports the company's long-term vision.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
