About the role:

1. As a destination Expert, you will be responsible for creating holiday booking quotes, costing, sales, etc.

2. Creating the end-to-end tailor-made Itinerary.

3. Maintaining good relations with Agents/ Clients.

4. Maintaining customer relations as well as developing relationships with a variety of travel agency brands.

5. Promoting our vast range of products (Inbound).

Job Requirements:

· Candidate must be from the travel industry only.

· A Diploma or degree in Business or Tourism Management.

· Minimum 5-8 years’ experience within the travel industry B2B market working with Travel Agents and FTOs. (Mandatory)

· Sales- and Customer Service Oriented/Sales & Operations Superstar.

· An eye for detail and a customer experience-driven approach.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Excellent Negotiation, contracting, and Interpersonal skills.

· Cross-Cultural Exposure and behavioural skills.

· A creative flair and close attention to detail.





· Demonstrated ability to multitask within strict deadlines.
