Education Qualification :- M.P.Ed and Specialization in any 2 Sports.

Experience :- Must have minimum experience of 5 Years in coaching & preference will be given to State/National Level candidate or NCC trained candidates.

Roles:

1. Maintain Discipline and Order

- Ensure students follow the institution’s rules, regulations, and code of conduct.
- Address behavioral issues promptly and fairly.
- Monitor campus areas to prevent misconduct.

2. Supervision and Monitoring

- Monitor student behavior during assemblies, breaks, events, and transitions.
- Coordinate duty rosters for staff involved in discipline supervision.
- Ensure punctuality among students—entry, attendance, and class movement.

3. Handling Complaints and Conflicts

- Receive and investigate disciplinary complaints from teachers or students.
- Mediate disputes and ensure fair resolution.
- Document incidents and actions taken.

4. Enforcement of Rules

- Ensure compliance with dress code, ID cards, prohibited items, and general conduct rules.
- Take corrective actions such as warnings, counseling, or reporting to higher authorities.

Counseling and Guidance

- Speak with students displaying recurring behavioral problems.
- Collaborate with counselors or class teachers to support students’ emotional and behavioral development.

6. Coordination with Administration

- Report major issues to the Principal/Dean/Head of Institution.
- Provide feedback on discipline-related concerns and suggest improvements.
- Work with staff to maintain a secure and respectful learning environment.

7. Documentation and Reporting

- Maintain discipline records, warning letters, meeting notes, and incident reports.
- Prepare periodic discipline reports for management.

8. Event and Crowd Management

- Oversee discipline during school functions, examinations, sports, and co-curricular activities.
- Arrange student seating, movement, and security guideline

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
