About the Role

We are looking for an Ecommerce Executive to manage and grow multiple client accounts across marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho and other ecommerce platforms.

This is a hands-on role covering marketplace operations, product listings, catalogue management, advertising, inventory, account health, reporting and client coordination. The candidate will be responsible for managing multiple accounts simultaneously and ensuring that day-to-day marketplace activities are executed accurately and on time.

This is not a listing-only or admin role. We are looking for someone who understands the complete ecommerce lifecycle and can independently identify issues, execute solutions and contribute to the growth of the accounts they manage.

Key Qualifications

- 1–3 years of hands-on experience in Ecommerce / Marketplace Management.
- Robust experience with Amazon Seller Central, including listings, catalogue, PPC, promotions, account health and marketplace operations.
- Working experience with Flipkart and Meesho is preferred.
- Good understanding of product listing, catalogue management, marketplace SEO and keyword optimization.
- Practical knowledge of Amazon/Flipkart advertising, including campaign setup, keyword targeting, bids, budgets, search terms and performance analysis.
- Experience handling orders, returns, cancellations, inventory, pricing and operational issues.
- Ability to analyse sales, advertising and marketplace performance data.
- Good working knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day operations for multiple ecommerce client accounts.
- Manage and optimize product listings, titles, descriptions, bullet points, keywords, images, attributes and variations.
- Monitor catalogue quality, listing status, suppressed listings, QC issues, category issues and product mapping.




- Create and manage marketplace advertising campaigns and monitor ROAS, ACOS, TACOS, spend and sales.
- Perform keyword research, search-term analysis, bid optimization and negative keyword management.
- Monitor inventory, pricing, orders, cancellations, returns and RTOs.
- Monitor account health and resolve marketplace-related issues through seller support.
- Raise and follow up on marketplace tickets and escalations.
- Analyse account and SKU-level performance to identify problems and growth opportunities.
- Coordinate with creative teams for product images, A+ Content, Brand Stores, banners and other marketplace creatives.
- Prepare regular sales, advertising and performance reports for clients.
- Maintain client-wise trackers, task sheets and action plans.
- Coordinate with clients regarding requirements, updates, issues and recommendations.
- Ensure all assigned activities are completed within the required timelines.

Work Schedule

- 6 Days Working
- 1 Weekly Off
- Work From Home Available
- Full-time position

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
