Shift: India Night Shift (6.30 pm to 3.30 am)
Work Mode: On site (Monday to Friday)

Roles & Responsibilities

· Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.

· Review and verify the potential candidate’s documents and pass it for the next process.

· Meet or exceed performance metrics including quality, customer satisfaction, and productivity.

· Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and customer issue resolution.

· Participate actively in team meetings and training sessions.

· Adhere to company policies, procedures, and compliance standards.

Qualifications





- 1–3 years of experience in document verification work.
- Experience working with global teams is a plus.
- Strong research skills and comfort with online tools.
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; exposure to CRM/ATS systems is an advantage.
- High accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to follow structured processes.
