About the Role

We are looking for a creative and energetic Associate – Social Media Marketing & Video Editing to support our social media content, video creation, customer engagement and digital sales activities across Instagram, Facebook and YouTube.

Key Responsibilities

- Create 14–25 short-form videos/reels per week for Instagram, Facebook and YouTube Shorts.
- Create 2–4 longer YouTube videos per month, as required.
- Record product, talking-head, educational, promotional and behind-the-scenes content using an iPhone.
- Edit videos using CapCut, Canva or similar tools.
- Use AI tools for content ideas, scripts, captions, voiceovers and creatives.
- Manage content posting, captions, hashtags and CTAs.
- Coordinate UGC and influencer content.
- Handle customer follow-up calls and support online sales.
- Coordinate with influencers, designers, web developers and other vendors.
- Support exhibitions, B2C customer interactions, order packing and dispatch coordination.




- Maintain content, customer follow-up and vendor trackers.

Requirements

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Interest in social media, digital marketing and content creation.
- Basic video editing skills; CapCut/Canva preferred.
- Comfortable recording videos using an iPhone.
- Comfortable with customer telecalling.
- Willingness to learn AI and recent digital tools.
- Basic Excel/Google Sheets knowledge is preferred.
- Creative, energetic, self-motivated and organized.

Growth Path

Senior Associate – Digital Marketing & Content → Social Media Executive → Digital Marketing Executive → Content Creator & Video Editor

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
