We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Real Estate Sales Executive to join the Real Estate Sales team at Sanjeevani Farms.
The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, following up with prospective customers, scheduling site visits, understanding customer requirements, and converting leads into property bookings.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through calls, referrals, and online platforms.
- Make outbound calls and follow up with potential customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable farmland/property options.
- Schedule and coordinate customer site visits.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
- Follow up with leads until booking and registration.
- Maintain accurate customer and sales details in the CRM.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Be available for client site visits on Saturdays and Sundays.
- Weekly off: Monday.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 0–2 years of experience in Sales or Business Development.
- Real Estate sales experience is preferred.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Robust customer handling and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work towards sales targets.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is an added advantage.
- Knowledge of Tamil, Kannada, or Telugu is an added advantage.
