About Beacon Indica

Beacon Indica is building a student-focused entrepreneurship ecosystem that connects young people with founders, communities, events, and opportunities to learn, build, and grow.

We’re looking for someone who enjoys being involved in different things, takes ownership, and is excited by the fast-paced nature of a startup.

What You’ll Do

Your work will span across different areas depending on what the team needs.

- Plan and execute offline and online events, workshops, and community programs
- Coordinate with students, founders, speakers, colleges, and partner communities
- Build and engage Beacon Indica’s student community
- Handle event operations, registrations, follow-ups, and on-ground coordination
- Reach out to colleges, societies, communities, speakers, and potential collaborators
- Come up with ideas for events, activities, campaigns, and community initiatives
- Support social media, content, marketing, and communication when required
- Research new opportunities, communities, partnerships, and growth channels
- Work closely with the core team on ongoing projects across different functions
- Take ownership of tasks from idea → execution → follow-up
