About the Role

We’re looking for a Healthcare Customer Support Executive who can be the first point of contact for patients and prospective patients. The role requires someone who can communicate clearly, listen with empathy, understand patient needs, and guide them confidently through their healthcare journey.

You will interact with patients, address their queries, follow up with enquiries, and help convert genuine leads into consultations and appointments while ensuring a positive patient experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Communicate with patients and prospective patients through calls and other communication channels.
- Understand patient concerns, requirements, and expectations with empathy.
- Explain relevant healthcare services, processes, and next steps clearly.
- Follow up with enquiries and leads and assist in converting them into consultations or appointments.
- Build trust and maintain positive relationships with patients.
- Handle patient queries and concerns professionally and sensitively.




- Maintain timely and consistent follow-ups with prospective patients.

What We’re Looking For

- Fluent in spoken English, Tamil and Hindi.
- 1–3 years of relevant work experience in healthcare, customer support, patient relations, counselling, telecalling, or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Naturally empathetic, patient, and comfortable speaking with people.
- Ability to communicate healthcare information clearly and confidently.
- Solid follow-up and persuasion skills without being pushy.
- Candidates with a background in Clinical Psychology, Counselling, Healthcare, Patient Relations, or Customer Support are encouraged to apply.
