Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Telecaller with knowledge of Stock Market and Trading to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate should be confident in speaking with potential clients, have a basic understanding of trading and investment concepts, and possess robust communication and convincing skills.

Key Responsibilities -

Make outbound calls to prospective and existing clients.

- Explain stock market, trading, and investment-related services clearly to customers.

- Identify customer requirements and provide relevant information.

- Generate leads and convert prospects through effective follow-ups.

- Maintain regular follow-up with interested clients and update lead status.

- Handle customer queries related to trading and stock market services.

- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients.

- Achieve assigned daily and monthly calling and conversion targets.

- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and conversions.





- Coordinate with the sales and operations team for successful customer onboarding.

Requirements -

1–3 years of experience as a Telecaller, Telesales Executive, or similar role in the Stock Market/Trading/Financial Services industry.

- Good knowledge of equity, trading, investment, and basic stock market concepts.

- Excellent verbal communication and convincing skills.

- Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.

- Good follow-up and customer-handling abilities.

- Target-oriented, confident, and self-motivated.

- Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Telugu is preferred.

- Experience with a stock broking firm, trading company, or financial services company will be an advantage.
