Role Description : The Business Development Associate role is a full time, on-site position based in Chennai. In this role, the associate will identify and qualify new leads, build and maintain relationships with educational institutions and corporate partners, and support the expansion of Cornixe’s programs and services. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market research, preparing and delivering presentations to stakeholders, and coordinating outreach campaigns to drive partnerships and enrollments. The associate will collaborate with internal teams to align business development efforts with product offerings and marketing initiatives, track performance metrics, and provide regular reports on pipeline and conversions.



This position involves frequent communication with prospective clients, follow-ups on opportunities, and participation in events or meetings that promote Cornixe’s vision and solutions.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Presentation Skills and experience creating and delivering effective Presentations to diverse audiences.
- Candidates should possess Lead Generation skills, including prospecting, pipeline management, and opportunity qualification.
- Candidates should possess Market Research skills, including data gathering, analysis of trends, and competitor benchmarking.
- Candidates should possess clear, professional Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage stakeholders and build relationships.
- Relevant bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in business development, sales, or partnerships, ideally in EdTech or education services, is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Chennai, manage multiple projects, and meet targets within defined timelines.
- Comfort with CRM tools, basic data analysis, and presentation software (e.g., PowerPoint, Google Slides) is beneficial.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
