Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Social Media & Branding Specialist to strengthen Evode Studios’ digital presence and brand identity. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging content, managing social media platforms, supporting branding initiatives, and showcasing the firm's architecture, projects, culture, and achievements through compelling visual and written communication.

The role requires a strong understanding of social media trends, content creation, visual storytelling, and brand communication, with an ability to translate architectural work into engaging digital content.

Key Responsibilities

- Social Media Management: Manage Evode Studios’ social media platforms, including Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
- Content Creation: Develop creative posts, reels, stories, project features, employee/culture content, and other digital content aligned with the brand.
- Content Planning: Prepare and maintain monthly social media calendars, ensuring consistent and timely content.
- Brand Communication:



Maintain consistency in Evode Studios’ visual identity, tone of voice, messaging, and overall brand presentation.
- Project Marketing: Create engaging content showcasing architectural projects, design processes, completed works, milestones, and achievements.
- Website Content: Support website content updates, project descriptions, blogs, portfolio updates, and other digital communication requirements.
- Creative Coordination: Coordinate with architects, designers, photographers, and internal teams to collect project information, images, videos, and other content.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay updated with social media trends, content formats, platform algorithms, and relevant digital marketing practices.
- Campaigns & Branding Initiatives: Assist in planning and executing digital campaigns, brand-building activities, events, and corporate communication initiatives.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor social media performance and prepare basic reports on reach, engagement, growth, and content performance.

Qualifications & Skills

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Marketing, Journalism, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- Experience:



6 months to 2 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, content creation, or branding.
- Social Media: Good understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other relevant platforms.
- Content Creation: Strong skills in content writing, visual storytelling, and creating engaging social media content.
- Design Tools: Working knowledge of Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite is preferred.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent attention to grammar and detail.
- Creative Thinking: Ability to develop fresh, engaging, and brand-aligned content ideas.
- Industry Interest: Interest in architecture, design, real estate, interiors, lifestyle, or creative industries will be an advantage.
- Portfolio Requirement: A portfolio or examples of social media, branding, content, or creative work will be preferred.
