Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls from US customers in Spanish and English.
- Sell airline tickets, car rentals, hotel bookings and cruise packages.
- Convert PPC-generated leads into confirmed bookings.
- Upsell travel products and achieve sales targets.
- Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining quality standards.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Spanish and positive English communication.
- Experience in international travel sales preferred.
- Strong sales, negotiation and customer-handling skills.
- Comfortable working in US shifts.
