Our Institutional Service business takes that capability into the B2B world. We run dedicated on-site service hubs for corporate fleet clients whose vehicles are on the road every single day, delivering preventive maintenance, running and major repairs, accidental repairs, parts support and vehicle deployment under contracted service levels. Uptime is the product, and the hub is where it is won or lost.

Position Overview

As Supervisor, you are the owner of an assigned fleet maintenance hub. You lead the hub team, hold the turnaround commitments made to the client, keep the parts and documentation engine running, and make the day-to-day technical and commercial calls that keep the client's fleet earning. You report to the Key Account Manager and work closely with the head-office spare parts and warranty teams.

What You'll Do

- Own end-to-end service delivery and uptime for your hub, closing running and minor jobs the same day and major or accidental jobs within the agreed turnaround.
- Lead the hub team of technicians and DMS support, and build the daily rhythm that keeps job cards opened, closed and invoiced on time.
- Drive preventive service adherence and execute preventive and reactive campaigns across every vehicle reported to the hub.
- Maintain minimum stock levels of spare parts, raise replenishment at the right time, and keep consumption entries accurate in the system.
- Own warranty management end to end, from assessment of failed parts to submission of claims and the product quality report.




- Complete pre-delivery inspection and vehicle deployment for new fleet inductions.
- Monitor and improve technician productivity against the daily vehicles-per-technician benchmark.
- Manage hub assets, tools and petty cash, with clean monthly settlement.
- Be the single point of contact for the client, the hub operator and head office, escalating early and closing loops fast.

What You'll BringMust-Have

- Diploma or BE in Mechanical, Automobile, Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
- Four to eight years in automotive or EV service operations, including hands-on workshop delivery.
- At least a year leading a workshop or service hub team.
- Working knowledge of EV powertrain and battery fundamentals, and of running, minor and major repair processes.
- Comfort with a dealer management system or equivalent: opening and closing job cards, raising invoices and filing warranty claims.
- Practical command of spare parts and minimum stock level management, PDI and warranty processes.
- Ownership of service commitments, safety and 5S discipline, and the composure to handle escalations.

Good-to-Have

- Experience serving B2B fleet or institutional clients rather than walk-in retail customers.
- Exposure to commercial vehicle, small commercial vehicle or three-wheeler service networks where uptime is the core metric.
- Experience setting up or stabilising a new hub or workshop.
- Familiarity with campaign execution and product quality reporting.
