Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Dispatch Supervisor to manage and supervise day-to-day e-commerce dispatch operations. The role will be responsible for ensuring accurate, timely, and efficient order dispatch, proper coordination with logistics partners, shipment tracking, and resolution of dispatch-related issues.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and supervise daily picking, packing, labeling, and dispatch activities.
- Ensure orders are dispatched accurately with the correct SKU, quantity, packaging, and required documents.
- Coordinate with courier/logistics partners for timely shipment pickup and handover.
- Monitor courier SLA, pickup schedules, and dispatch timelines.
- Track and follow up on NDR (Non-Delivery Reports) and ensure timely closure.
- Monitor POD (Proof of Delivery), RTO (Return to Origin), lost, and damaged shipments.
- Coordinate with courier partners and customer support teams to resolve shipment-related issues.
- Maintain accurate AWB records, dispatch logs, shipment trackers, and daily MIS reports.
- Monitor and maintain adequate packing material inventory.
- Control and optimize packaging material usage and packaging cost per order.
- Ensure proper implementation of warehouse and dispatch SOPs.
- Conduct quality checks before dispatch, including SKU, quantity, packaging, labeling, and documentation.
- Ensure proper handling and dispatch of fragile and high-value products.
- Identify dispatch delays, errors,



and operational gaps and take corrective actions.
- Supervise the dispatch team and ensure productivity and discipline during daily operations.

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of E-commerce Dispatch & Warehouse Operations.
- Experience with picking, packing, labeling, and shipment processing.
- Knowledge of AWB, POD, NDR, RTO, and courier operations.
- Good understanding of Excel and daily MIS reporting.
- Experience coordinating with courier/logistics partners.
- Solid team handling and supervision skills.
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Knowledge of WMS/ERP or e-commerce order management systems will be an added advantage.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- 2–5 years of experience in e-commerce warehouse, dispatch, logistics, or fulfillment operations.
- Candidates with experience handling high-volume e-commerce dispatches will be preferred.
- Should be comfortable managing a team and coordinating with multiple logistics partners.
- Strong focus on order accuracy, timelines, and operational discipline.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
