Role Overview
Withum is looking for an experienced Manager – Global Transfer Pricing to join its growing Transfer Pricing practice in Bangalore. The ideal candidate should have solid experience in Global Transfer Pricing, with exposure to US Transfer Pricing being highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and execute global Transfer Pricing engagements for US and international clients.
- Handle US Transfer Pricing advisory, compliance and documentation assignments.
- Lead preparation and review of Transfer Pricing studies, economic analyses and benchmarking reports.
- Analyze intercompany transactions and recommend appropriate transfer pricing methodologies.
- Assist clients with Transfer Pricing planning, restructuring and risk assessment.
- Review deliverables prepared by team members and ensure quality and technical accuracy.
- Interact with clients and understand their business models, intercompany arrangements and TP requirements.
- Manage multiple engagements, timelines and client deliverables.
- Mentor and guide junior team members.
- Collaborate with US-based teams and other international stakeholders on cross-border engagements.
Candidate Profile
- 8+ years of relevant experience in Transfer Pricing / International Tax.
- Strong US Transfer Pricing experience is highly preferred.
- CA / CPA / EA qualified candidates preferred.
- Candidates pursuing CA / CPA / EA can also be considered.
- Strong understanding of US Transfer Pricing regulations and international TP principles.
- Experience working with US/global clients is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, communication and client-management skills.
- Prior experience with a CPA firm, Big 4 or professional services firm will be preferred.
- Ability to independently manage engagements and lead a team.
