We are looking for a responsible, organized resources qualified to manage day-to-day HR activities and recruitment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage end-to-end recruitment activities including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviews and coordination.

2. Maintain employee records, HR documentation and personnel files accurately and confidentially.

3. Coordinate joining formalities, onboarding, induction and exit processes.

4. Prepare and maintain attendance, leave and other employee-related records.

5. Coordinate payroll inputs, salary-related documentation and statutory requirements with relevant teams.

6. Handle employee queries and support management in resolving workplace matters professionally.

7. Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures and standard processes as required.

8. Coordinate performance reviews, employee feedback and development initiatives.

9. Support employee engagement activities,



training and internal communication.

10. Ensure HR practices are consistent with applicable company policies and employment requirements.

11. Prepare regular HR reports covering recruitment, headcount, attendance, attrition and other key HR metrics.

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent preferred.

2. Prior experience in recruitment will be an advantage.

3. Good knowledge of HR administration and day to day management.

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

5. Proficiency in MS Office, MS Excel, google suits and basic HR systems/tools preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
