Job Role:

We are looking for an energetic and target-driven Business Development Executive to support our business development efforts by generating qualified leads, connecting with potential customers, and creating sales opportunities. The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills, a clear Foreign or American accent, confidence in speaking with prospects, and the ability to handle outbound calling campaigns effectively.

- Shift Timings: 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM OR 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM (US Shift)

Preferred Skills:

- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns & lead-generation tools.
- Good understanding of B2B sales & lead conversion processes.
- Exposure to international markets and global clients.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and sales tracking tools.
- Immediate joiners preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

- Good experience in Telecalling, Inside Sales, Lead Generation, or Business Development.
- B2B calling experience preferred.
- International cold calling, Inside Sales, or Appointment Setting experience is a plus.
- Experience handling US, UK, or Canada clients preferred.
- Strong exposure to target-driven sales and client communication.




- Generate qualified leads through cold calling, online research, databases, and lead lists.
- Conduct outbound calls to prospects and introduce company services professionally.
- Identify customer needs, qualify prospects, and schedule sales appointments.
- Build strong rapport with prospects and understand their business pain points and requirements.
- Present relevant solutions and handle objections confidently.
- Conduct timely follow-ups to convert prospects into qualified opportunities.
- Maintain accurate lead, call, conversation, and follow-up records in the CRM.
- Track daily activities, lead generation, appointments, and conversions.
- Prepare daily and weekly performance reports.
- Collaborate with Team Leads and Sales teams to support business development initiatives.
- Provide sales teams with qualified leads and relevant prospect information.
- Support sales campaigns, promotional activities, meetings, and performance reviews.
- Conduct skilled international outbound calling across APAC, ANZ, EMEA, LATAM, MEA, and AMER markets.
- Communicate confidently with international clients, decision-makers, and senior stakeholders.
- Adapt communication across different time zones, cultures, and international business environments.
- Maintain professionalism, confidence, and a results-driven approach while managing global prospects.
