PunePay FiNNTECH Private Limited is hiring an enthusiastic Customer Support Executive to drive merchant onboarding, client acquisition, and business growth. You will be responsible for identifying prospective clients, pitching our fintech/digital payment solutions, and expanding our market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

* Identify, reach out to, and pitch PunePay fintech products and payment solutions to merchants, retail businesses, and corporate clients.

* Generate qualified leads through cold calling, direct networking, and field visits.

* Handle end-to-end client onboarding and assist them during setup and initial transactions.

* Maintain strong, long-term relationships with onboarded merchants to ensure repeat business and satisfaction.

* Coordinate with internal support and operations teams to resolve any onboarding or operational queries.

* Meet and exceed weekly and monthly acquisition targets.

Requirements & Skills:

* Prior experience in B2B / B2C sales, merchant acquisition,



or fintech/banking services is preferred (Freshers with strong communication are welcome to apply).

* Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

* Target-driven mindset with a proactive, self-motivated approach.

* Basic understanding of UPI, QR codes, POS, and digital payment systems.* Must possess positive communication skills and proficiency in English.

* Strong sales, negotiation, and lead-conversion capabilities.

* Ability to present product demos of our B2B platform clearly to prospective clients.

* Responsible for generating leads, onboarding merchants, and selling B2B platform IDs.

* Both freshers and experienced candidates with confident presentation skills are welcome.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
