URGENT HIRING – WAREHOUSE MANAGER

Location: Chennai
Position: Warehouse Manager
Qualification: Graduate
Experience: 5–10 Years
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹28,000 per month
Joining: Immediate / Short Notice Preferred
Work Mode: Work from Office / In-person

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end warehouse operations, including inward, storage, inventory and dispatch.
- Plan and manage manpower deployment, team allocation and productivity.
- Ensure effective inventory control, stock accuracy and reconciliation.
- Supervise loading, unloading, picking, packing and dispatch activities.
- Prepare and maintain daily MIS, operational reports and inventory records.
- Coordinate with clients, transporters and internal teams for smooth operations.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety standards, 5S and housekeeping.
- Monitor operational performance and achieve productivity and service-level targets.
- Identify and control stock discrepancies,



damages and operational losses.

Candidate Profile

- 5–10 years of relevant experience in Warehouse & Inventory Management.
- Strong team handling and manpower management skills.
- Positive knowledge of MS Excel, WMS/ERP and warehouse processes.
- Strong communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in 3PL / Logistics operations will be preferred.
- Immediate joiners or candidates available within a short notice period will be preferred.
