We are looking for a responsible and proactive Supervisor who can take ownership of day-to-day operations, coordinate with team members, maintain discipline and quality standards, and ensure that assigned work is completed efficiently and on time.

Job Summary

The Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily operations and coordinating the team to ensure smooth workflow, productivity, quality, and timely completion of tasks.

The ideal candidate should be a confident team leader with good communication skills, problem-solving ability, and a hands-on approach to operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate the day-to-day activities of the assigned team.
- Allocate duties and responsibilities to team members according to operational requirements.
- Ensure all tasks are completed accurately and within the required timelines.
- Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, grooming, discipline, and overall performance.
- Conduct regular team briefings and communicate daily priorities clearly.
- Ensure that company policies, SOPs, safety procedures, and operational standards are followed.
- Monitor the quality of work and take corrective action whenever required.
- Identify operational issues and resolve them promptly or escalate them to the appropriate manager.
- Maintain proper records, reports, checklists, and other operational documentation.




- Coordinate with management and other departments for smooth execution of daily activities.
- Monitor the availability and proper use of required equipment, materials, and resources.
- Minimize wastage, errors, delays, and operational losses.
- Train and guide new team members whenever required.
- Motivate the team and maintain a positive and professional working environment.
- Report daily operational updates, issues, incidents, and achievements to management.
- Ensure the workplace remains clean, organized, safe, and compliant with company standards.
- Take responsibility for the overall performance of the assigned shift/team.

Candidate RequirementsEducation

- Minimum 12th Pass / Diploma / Graduate preferred.
- Candidates with relevant operational experience will also be considered.

Experience

- 1–3 years of supervisory or team-handling experience preferred.
- Freshers with strong leadership skills may be considered depending on the requirement.
