The role will be responsible for recruitment, manpower planning, employee engagement, HR operations, performance management, compliance, and retention. statutory requirements. Implement and maintain HR policies and processes.
3-6 years of HR experience, preferably in F&B; / Hospitality / QSR. Strong experience in high-volume frontline recruitment. Valuable knowledge of HR operations, employee relations, and compliance. Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage HR across multiple outlets and locations.
