Job Overview:
We are hiring a Business Development with 0–5 years of experience to handle customer calls, lead follow-ups, and customer enquiries. The candidate should have good communication and customer-handling skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new leads and business opportunities.
- Make inbound and outbound calls and follow up with customers.
- Explain interior design, furniture, renovation and construction services.
- Handle telesales and convert enquiries into potential customers.
- Meet clients and understand their requirements.
- Coordinate with Sales, Design and Site teams.
- Schedule meetings, site visits and customer appointments.
- Maintain customer details, lead records and follow-up reports.
- Handle basic office administration and documentation.
- Build relationships with clients, architects, builders and contractors.
- Support sales,



business development and achieve targets.

Eligibility

- 0–5 years of experience
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Robust follow-up and customer-handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of CRM and MS Excel.
- Languages: Tamil & English.
- Any Graduate.

Salary & Benefits

- ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month, based on experience and skills.
- PF + ESI.
- Performance-based incentives.
- Salary negotiable for the right candidate.
