Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to design intuitive, modern, and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications. The candidate will work closely with product managers, developers, and clients to understand business requirements and convert them into effective user experiences and visually appealing designs.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand business requirements, user needs, and project objectives.
- Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
- Design responsive interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Develop consistent design systems, components, and UI guidelines.
- Conduct basic user research and usability analysis.
- Improve existing applications based on user feedback and usability findings.
- Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
- Review implemented designs and provide UI/UX feedback during development.
- Create interactive prototypes for client demonstrations and internal reviews.
- Maintain consistency in typography, colors, spacing, layouts, icons, and other visual elements.
- Participate in design discussions, client meetings, demos, and project reviews.
- Stay updated with current UI/UX trends, design tools, and best practices.
- Handle multiple projects and meet agreed deadlines.

Required Skills

- Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles.
- Hands-on experience with Figma.
- Knowledge of wireframing, prototyping, user journeys, and information architecture.
- Good understanding of responsive web and mobile design.
- Knowledge of design systems and reusable UI components.
- Understanding of usability,



accessibility, and user-centered design.
- Ability to understand technical requirements and work effectively with developers.
- Strong visual design and attention to detail.
- Good communication and presentation skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience designing SaaS applications, dashboards, ERP/CRM systems, websites, or mobile applications.
- Experience working with React/MERN-based development teams.
- Knowledge of design-to-development handoff processes.
- Experience with tools such as Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar tools.
- Experience conducting usability testing and analyzing user feedback.
- Understanding of AI-assisted design and modern design tools is a plus.

Education

Bachelor's degree/diploma in UI/UX Design, Graphic Design, Visual Design, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.

Pay: ₹7,500.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
