MENU EXPERIENCE REQUIRED * Pizza * Burgers * Pasta * Sandwiches * Wraps * French Fries * Loaded Fries * Garlic Bread * Momos * Snacks and Starters * Sauces, Dips and Dressings * Shakes and other fast food items JOB RESPONSIBILITIES * Prepare all menu items according to standard recipes * Maintain consistent taste and quality * Prepare pizza dough, sauces and toppings * Prepare burgers, pasta,
sandwiches and wraps * Maintain proper portion sizes and food costing * Maintain kitchen hygiene and food safety * Manage daily food preparation and stock * Train and supervise kitchen helpers * Control food wastage * Maintain fast service during busy hours * Help develop new menu items when required REQUIREMENTS * 2 to 5 years of relevant restaurant or QSR experience preferred * Strong practical knowledge of Pizza, Burger, Pasta and Sandwich preparation * Able to handle a complete fast food kitchen * Valuable knowledge of sauces, seasonings and food preparation * Good hygiene and kitchen management skills * Able to work under pressure * Responsible, punctual and hardworking PREFERRED CANDIDATE We are looking for someone who can take responsibility for the complete kitchen operation and maintain consistent taste, quality and presentation.
