About the Role

We are looking for a creative and skilled Graphic Designer, Photographer & Video Editor to join our Digital Marketing team.

The selected candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality photos, graphics, videos, Reels, product content, and other visual marketing materials for our India and US businesses.

This is a creative production role focused on photography, graphic design, video shooting, video editing, Reel creation, and other visual content requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Photography

- Plan and conduct photography for products, employees, events, office activities, facilities, and marketing requirements.
- Handle product photography for websites, e-commerce platforms, social media, and promotional campaigns.
- Take high-quality photographs suitable for digital marketing and advertising.
- Set up basic lighting, backgrounds, and compositions for product and promotional photography.
- Edit, retouch, enhance, crop, and resize photographs as required.
- Organise and maintain photo and video libraries.

Video Shooting & Editing

- Shoot videos for social media, marketing campaigns, products, events, and company activities.
- Create engaging Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, promotional videos, and short-form content.
- Edit videos with music, captions, subtitles, transitions, effects, voiceovers, and graphics.
- Create product demonstration and promotional videos.
- Convert raw photographs and video footage into engaging marketing content.
- Optimise videos for different social media platforms.

Graphic Design

- Create social media posts, banners, advertisements, brochures, flyers, product creatives, and promotional materials.
- Design content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, websites, and e-commerce platforms.
- Create thumbnails, stories, carousel posts, and other digital creatives.




- Maintain consistency with company branding and visual guidelines.

Reels & Social Media Content

- Regularly create creative and engaging Reels and short-form videos.
- Follow current visual and video trends.
- Create content using photography, video, graphics, text, music, and animation.
- Develop creative content suitable for different campaigns and platforms.

Team Coordination

- Work closely with the Digital Marketing team to understand creative requirements.
- Convert marketing ideas and briefs into professional visual content.
- Participate in creative brainstorming and content planning.
- Complete creative requirements within agreed timelines.
- Make revisions based on feedback.

Knowledge of cameras, lenses, lighting equipment, and other photography/video equipment is preferred.

Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone who can independently handle the complete creative production process:

Shoot → Photograph → Edit → Design → Video Edit → Reel Creation → Final Creative

The candidate should have a solid creative eye, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple creative requirements within deadlines.

Portfolio Requirement

Portfolio is mandatory.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹34,000.00 per month
