About the Role We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Junior Designer / Draughtsman proficient in AutoCAD and 3ds Max to join our team near Balussery, Kozhikode. In this role, you will assist in developing precise 2D architectural drafting plans and creating high-quality 3D exterior/interior visual models for ongoing residential and commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare accurate 2D architectural drawings, floor plans, elevations, sections, and working drawings using AutoCAD 2D.

Develop 3D architectural models, elevations, and visual concepts using 3ds Max. Apply realistic materials, textures, and lighting setup (V-Ray / Corona) to generate exterior and interior renderings. Incorporate design modifications, client feedback, and site measurements into working drawings.

Coordinate closely with senior engineers and architects to ensure drawings adhere to project guidelines and structural standards.



Maintain organized digital drawing records and project documentation.

Requirements & Qualifications Education: B.Tech in Civil Engineering, Diploma in Civil Engineering, or ITI Civil (Draughtsman Civil).

Experience: 0 to 1 year (fresh graduates with a robust academic portfolio or certified software training are encouraged to apply).

Mandatory Software Skills: AutoCAD (2D): Proficient in plan drafting, layering, scaling, and drafting standards. 3ds Max: Working knowledge of 3D modeling, texturing, and basic rendering workflows. Familiarity with additional rendering engines (V-Ray, Corona, or Lumion) and photo editing tools (Photoshop) is an added advantage.

Strong spatial understanding, attention to detail, and willingness to learn. Location Preference: Candidates residing in or near Balussery / Kozhikode district who can commute reliably.
