- Role: Provide relaxing, therapeutic, and bespoke wellness treatments to hotel guests and club members.
- Reports to: Spa Manager or Assistant Spa Manager.
- Standard: Deliver five-star hospitality standards with absolute discretion, empathy, and professionalism.
- Key Responsibilities
- Perform Treatments: Execute massages, body wraps, scrubs, facials, and grooming services according to brand standards.
- Consultations: Assess guest needs, check for medical contraindications (allergies, high blood pressure, pregnancy), and customize therapies.
- Promote and Upsell: Recommend retail skin care products and additional spa services to meet sales targets.
- Maintain Hygiene: Sanitize equipment, change linens, and keep treatment rooms impeccably clean and organized throughout the shift.
- Guest Relations: Welcome guests, escort them to treatment rooms, explain procedures, and offer aftercare advice.
- Administrative Duties: Track inventory, update client profiles, and assist with front desk or booking inquiries when needed.
