GA Design Consultants LLP is a technology-driven architecture and lighting design practice with studios in Los Angeles, Mumbai and Pune. Founded by Shekar Ganti after a decade at Richard Meier & Partners, we have delivered 100+ projects across India, the United States, Africa and Asia, and have worked in Revit BIM for 18 years. Our projects include Trump Towers, Panchshil Towers, YOO Villas and Mantra Burgundy (Pune), Sheraton Grand Conakry (Guinea) and the master plan of the TCS training campus (Thiruvananthapuram).

THE ROLE

You will lead project delivery and technical coordination across multiple projects, reporting to the Principal.

- Lead MEP and structural coordination from design development to GFC
- Manage consultant coordination, clash resolution and drawing approvals
- Run site coordination: inspections, RFIs, contractor queries and quality checks
- Review drawings and specifications for accuracy and constructability
- Guide and mentor project architects and junior team members
- Interface with clients, consultants and contractors on technical issues

REQUIREMENTS

- B.Arch (M.Arch a plus)
- 10 to 12 years of experience,



with strong in office execution on built projects
- Proven MEP and structural coordination experience
- Sound knowledge of construction detailing, building codes and statutory approvals
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Based in Mumbai, or willing to relocate at own cost

PREFERRED

- Working knowledge of Revit BIM (a plus, not mandatory)
- COA registration
- AutoCAD
- Experience in high-rise residential, hospitality or large-format projects
